Heh. botnets. I remember the old days of botnets. I had my own small one at around age10. It was pretty simple setting up a geocities site with a vbscript that loaded you up with a bot. Was funny messing with people who were stupid enough to go to it. I had to say the best time during it all was viewing a guy's chat and saw he was searching warez channels for child porn. I started throwing commands at him to communicate saying he's a sick fuck and blah blah blah, he started getting freaked out. Before I ended his bot session I nuked his system dir lmao.

What is the different between a RAT and a Botnet?
I never understanded fully.
Because they are both Remote, their both have victims, their both doing stuff at victim.
So isn't it basicly the same or you can point out the different. For me they seems pretty much the same >_>

I've never even heard of a "RAT" before. After my little delve into botnets so long ago I didn't really keep up with hacking stuff. I'm more interested in programming stuff like pservers and tools than ways to land myself in jail :P

anyway as for this topic, so far i have found no servers worthy of playing (low exp rates, no donation/buying gear, decent admins thats knowledgeable)

But if you use someone else's stuff... It's usually a good sign that you don't care.
The server quality has something to do with the popularity- but even when I was only using an unedited version of the NewestCoServer, my friends loved it. Bugs sometimes don't matter when you're having a lot of fun. One guy's account wouldn't save I remember, but he recreated his char every day and leveled just as hard for a week till I was able to fix rollbacks and file use problems. They both contribute to how fun the server is, but it is pretty fun to see a server in development. =PQuote:
