where is the best place to upgrade wit mets tc or market?

Twin if u want chance for a socket and market if you just wanna upgrade.

Twin city sometimes failes, and market never fails.. but market cost alot of met's. if you are lucky twin city is cheaper then market.

so depends on what you want

spamming mets into stuff in TC then repair, with lucky time on, allows both chances of sockets and chances of quality upgr.

One thing I wonder is: does norm>ref have the same chance as say eli>sup? if that's the case, this is definitely worth doing, if you have eli equips with + that are almost impossible to level up in TC ---> you might both get socket AND turn it into super.

I've got an idea don't spam mets just make your items drop 1 dura and go repair wit luckytime or maybe it works with lower dura.

technically you can do that, but.........there is still the chance of breaking :X

Waste of time if u ask me i'll stick to the basic just keep rbing gear til you get it the way u like it better safe than sorry.

mayebe it wourk but... it cant wourk with a 115 uni clube... (115 wepons cant be upped in tc just all other then weps)
so when u are 120 and want 2 upp ur items dont use like 6dbs on that use like 15metz its much better lol

dude i m 2nd rb and my friend everytime she sees me in market stops by to chat so i luckytime and she repairs her stuff she upped her necky from normal to ref to uni >> GUYS THIS DOES WORK i just didnt experiment much with it i think i ll go out tonight and try breaking and repairing spamming and all kinds of stuff this is really worth trying guys

This has worked for me lots while sitting in my 2nd rbn's luckytime. I seem to have better luck getting to to happen with characters that are under lvl 100. It may be coincidence, or not. It's just from my own personal experience. I've only had it happen for my 2nd rbn once when upgrading a soc nekky.
