I've done everything everyone has suggested. I am still getting the "unknown skills" Is there any real solution as to what to do? I downloaded the .net Framework 2.0 and i already had windows installer 3.0. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

The client opens for me. Its the skills section where everything says "unknown skills" is what i'm having problems with. Any suggestions?

SRO wont open = if sm.dll file exist in the folder
SRO client opens= no sm.dll in the folder but having unknow skills
