DIY: COPY the part on color green and PASTE it on the color on blue, in the file 3DEffect.ini
[Firethunder]
Amount=1
EffectId0=2044
TextureId0=2436
ASB0=5
ADB0=6
Delay=0
LoopTime=1
FrameInterval=40
LoopInterval=0
OffsetX=0
OffsetY=0
OffsetZ=0

and replace

[RedThunder]
Amount=1
EffectId0=2044
TextureId0=2436
ASB0=5
ADB0=6
Delay=0
LoopTime=1
FrameInterval=40
LoopInterval=0
OffsetX=0
OffsetY=0
OffsetZ=0

and then download [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and save it to conquer > c3 > effect
