What exactly does it delete? Is it like CacheCleaner?

or instead of using a batch file. You can use a better program called CCleaner (google It)

that cleans all the useless prefetch files and temporary files.

Since this specific cleaner is not specifically doing anything to sro files, you can use any windows cleaner..

The idea being that a cleaner system results in longer lasting stability of your computer.. Logical.

This deleted my sound drivers, I had to reinstall them.
