Tutorial on making GM account

anyways yeah thats what i want to do is make GM in front of a name. Someone plz tell me how to do it in hex editor

if i was a gm on silkroad id laugh at ppl wen they asked for help >.> and if i was an actaul gm wen some1 got an sos dropped id shut down the server :o

i tell u what if i was a GM i will be lvl80 all my buffs MAX and my weapon skills and all my items SOM my weapons are seal of sun all are+11

i downloaded the file from the GM name creator topic, and replaced the media.pk2 and i get the ??? error :?
