The file is a text file that you down load and use with QuickMacro.
You need to download Quick Macro too, from link I posted above your last post.

i get a syntax error, what i've done wrong?!?

Open Qmacro Then click New Then It should come up with a new file, Click "Script" at the top. Then (if you want to) delete the commented out parts (green) then paste it in The Code. Im not sure about how/Where to start the macro, This is the first time that ive ever used Qmacro>.<
