Maybe it's not that obvious in the screen , but i checked in game and its pretty much a vagina :)
And by the way , the fun is not based on the vagina itself but it's in the fact that silkroad is a game which is open to everyone no matter what his age is , and still it contains textures that should be banned for -18 ppl .
