i cant say the excact dates, because i made it a while ago .. i was lvl 99 (around 5 pct) and needed 5 exp balls for lvl 100 and had 3 pct then .. hope i can help :) (sry if not :D)

I bought some exp balls for the sake of the chart and the fact that im lazy.
Here goes:
64.963>68.482=3.519
68.482>72.000=3.518
72.000>75.515=3.515
So thats pretty constant.. Hope this helps ^^
Lol i forgot to mention what lvl this is at #00
It's lvl 119.

I think if you have rainbows on makes a difrence so that might explain why so many people get difrent results.

yup
all the same
i found a good way to calculate the pcts gained with the exp
when you use an expball/vp exp you ALWAYS get 25.207.220experience(not sure about it)
so when you check the list how much experience you need, use this number to calculate how much exp you get
