Yeah I dont know if he still does this but there use to be an archer who would charge an exp pot for one hour of plvling. I think that is a pretty fair price...

the correct way (for water farmers)

1-78 BI2
78-83 SSM
83-93 Serpents
93-98 Alien Serpetns
98-110 Bask

for me if your just going to Plvl... u dont need to go other places... if u knew someone that have lvl130 archer then just stay at basilisk ! get plvled there the whole freaking day ... no need to go to those SA-HK-SS-AS...

-most of archer at basilisk is an a*s ... they cant plvl people without payment!! so its going to be a pain to get a good team there!! best way is you know someone!!

i haved used friends 130 accounts for all classes and from expeirience from waters and archers, i feel Pheonix Castle's Kyline Caves, Hawkings is the best for water farming till 80's. From their Alien Serpants till 100. Basalisks until 110+. This is of course all with Marred x2 exp, Exp Pots,X2 from having lower lvl noobs on team. And Somtimes Lucky time to randomly double xp. If all this is done and well thought out with enough Cash U can make an rb Within 6 hours. Trust me from expeirience. =)

I think staying at Bi til 110 would take forever...
I am not that lucky and its hard for me to get a spot on a high lvl arch team lol Plus, I was recently haxed, so I am broke.
