You have to get a nice injector (I recommend PerX) Injectors are located in a sticky in the CA hacks section.
After that, Open it, in process put Engine.exe
Select your .dll (In this case being the one you downloaded)
Then start the game!
NOTE : Dont forget to put automatic injection and also close after inject on!
