Verticle names

for some reason it is not allowing me to download the txt file. every time i click on the link all it does is open another blank screen.

ok heres the original link from the eudemons forum i used to a fileshare site [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
it looks blank when u open the notepad there is 1 character there that u need to use
