Just by what you put in these two posts, I would say that it's not your msg server. Since you can log it on and nothing happens. I'm going to say that it's either something they're doing or something related to their account.

Actually this is a simple error.. its not the msg server problem.. its the db it self.. some manual edit on the id are wrong or using a wrongly code.Mostly if u manually edit acc or char.. msg server will get some error but maybe not crashed.. few times i got error on the debug folder saying that msg server and the client got error due to db manually edits but not a serious one to make the msg server crashed.Look into the msg server error report ..its very clear there and u can find the problem. If u edit the acc/char/item manually, heres a few colomn and data that need to edit correctly in db or the msg server will be crashed.Checked ur DB or delete the manual edit acc/char/item n see if the msg server crash or not.

banning has no point, talking to that person should help... if he is still level 1, maybe its just hiss account that has an error? delete account and maybe the error is fixed, if you read the error you see error user, error eudemon, error item

so i`m guessing that its just a corrupted account...

also after deleting the account try to repair all table`s

Don`t think a account name, command can shut down the server! (typed by normal character)

TQ isn`t that dumb!

Did you read the part where he said he logged into the account and nothing happened? It must be something intentional or not that the end user is doing to cause the msgserver to crash otherwise it should have crashed when the owner logged into the same account. yes, but it can be possible that that account is doing an action that creates the crash?

all it's saying is its modifying the clock, it has no effect on anything in your database or server
