Msgserver and Npc servers error out

Itis not db site not cq-action not cq-map and what proves that is! i have installed 3 different dbs on my vps to test them ... my own db , revo , mannequin , and a working db from my pc ... but they all get that error on the vps and working fine on the pc ...
plus [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] told me that he got the same problem before and he solved it by changing the vps OS from windows 2003 to 2008 ... iam using windows 2003 on the vps so i think that might be the problem well gonna give it a try!

I beleive it is your Operating System ... I was getting the exact same error before when I first tried 1&1 hosting but apparently the server programs weren't all compatible with it Windows Server XXXX. There is probably a fix for it all I can do is wish you luck on the long excruciating fix. If in the end you cannot get it to work try dehost ... they have been the best for me.
