So, the SoA should have made FireMet hit slightly more than double the amount without SoA. However my data shows that not only did it not double, but there was no significant change in FireMets hit rate at all when SoA was cast.
And so..."blahblahblah"..."blah"... and I am forced to conclude that SoA has no effect on the spell FireMet.
