Those server have some problems, it's clear for every one who played it.
But as anyone of us have seen files nor server itself, we are not able to say from where the problem come.
It should be settings, it should be files, it should be hardware, it should be ISP, it should be OS, it should be almost everything link with computing -_-

any true coder worth his salt knows to test his codeing on a closed server ie localhost so isp does not play apart into the problem said coder would also know what hardware would be needed so it would not play apart in the initial coding and if it was a coding issue that why try and catch blocks are used in the debugging process and if the coder worth his salt would know if its hardware software or isp and with the locking/freezing up most comminly its a codeing issue

sence the said coder is not worth his salt and putting out falty code and if he is useing gnu agrement he is obligated to share such code by law

Who said to you that the owner of our actual pserv is a coder?
Who said to you that the owner of our actual pserv use GNU license?
Who said to you that the owner of our actual pserv have the best ISP needed?

According to me, it's totally impossible to make a full working pserv from begin to end, for a single people even in many year and even with all the knowledge for coding it.
So I think he found some files on web, try to modify them a little to make them work with updated client, and released them...
Therefore, I should have wrong... Sorry if I under-estimate capacity of this person...

ISP may be the reason of lag... It's not so easy and rather expensive to have very-higth-speed connection at home nor behind dedicated serv, and if the ISP behind the pserv is not enough fast nor efficient with many many connection at same time, we'll got lag...

About GNU licence... As some files may come from official serv, so they're hacked files, hard to put them behind GNU license...

and it will never happen as he refuses to share just like everyother decent project and when it gets up and going and when and if for any reason it gets shut down we wont hear a nother word about it he doesnt speak english or know korean so good luck with all that if he did speak english id offer to buy those files and make it a partial community effort

Update:

I am now going through the Umbrella-Corp files and translating them to English.
