Link not offline its busy due to traffic copy and paste link to you flashget or other donwload manager and everything is ok.

Don't add all plugins.
Just add :
Launcher.dll
Console.dll
DCBox.dll
Pot.dll
EnterGameWorld.dll
and General.dll
With this plugins that should works.
