I advise e1 to not use him as MM but I dont get what rule he broke to be reported....
All E*pvp middlemen are unofficial, however, E*pvp decided to take a little bit of a security measure to protect E*pvp members. That measure is that whoever wants to be a middleman on this forum will have to be accepted by the staff (meet the minimum requirements). However he can be a middleman if he wants but outside of E*pvp
