Killing a flashing bluename gets you no PK Points.

The trick is that the guard kills a non flashing whitename if he is revived. That gets you PK points.

I also have done this with a miner who used guard on me. I came back and they had gone afk. all they had any good was a uni sock rrg robe the rest of her gear was crap. But I got a nice lil robe.
