EDIT: Turned out I got my money back because PGTycoon approved the cancellation of the money sending procedure. It's nice of him. The misunderstanding happened because I did not read the e-mail what moneybookers sent I only saw the cancellation on the website.
So the FACT is that I got back the money by PGTycoon.

Since ZSZC is a free to play game and according to the law you can charge back in such a case. FYI thats why joymax does not ban silk buyers that effectively. They did it back then when they started their service and they almost got f*cked( and this is why most of the free-mmos are full of with bots). And this is not a theory it happened.

You can't chargeback with Moneybrookers.Maybe they just gave your money back. They use epvpers too :o
