dont know where the client is uploaded at this moment
but if you want a average fast speed (depends what you call fast) then he can upload it to boosterking ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...])

non registered = 150kb/s = 1250 mb max upload (15 days after last download before it is removed)
registered users = 350 kb/s = 2500 mb max upload (15 days after last download before it is removed)

Just a suggestion why dont you change your webpage title to ElementalGaming.

To change it open up your webpage in notepad and change the:
