And Yeah , The Sub-Class Items 5165.exe is damaged or unknown format.. any idea how to fix this?

lol it`s not damaget i use the items on my server they are working 100%
and ItemAdd.ini you dont need it cuz the items are placed in .dbc files

What do you mean with "LOTF source" ?

and at step 5 do i have to extract the files to my client ?

one more thing wich programm should i use to open the itemtype.dat ? when i use wordpad or the editor i just get weird sings :)

I love that little button called "edit". Stop spamming thread and use the edit button. Makes things alot more simple and easier to read.
If you are talking to many people use the Quote+ button. Or you can use @PersonsName
