What I mean is that there's a list of items included with the program. What can you use that list for? They're not actually listed in hexidecimal, just plain numbers. Can you somehow use it to, for example, buy the the items from an NPC? Like buying swords from a jewelery npc?

I manage to copy the hex of buying an arrow from an NPC, then used it on an NPC that doesn't sell arrows and got the arrows.. so it works. But I just need the proper Hexidecimals for all items to buy from NPCs.

The list is just things you could possibly perform with them. Not all packets are the same for every server but lets use 15 as a example. lets call 15 a trade request packet. target another character alt-tab to hlapex go to advanced type in 15 and hit run. It will open the trade window. Now most likely if you would want to get original and acually edit or create you would have to learn a bit more about blowfish, well at least learn the constants of blowfish. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] is a excellent way to compare constants sorted by sbox and parray.Also seeing that there are multiple versions of the blowfish encryption not just the one Bruce Schneier created in 1993 making this program very far from complete. Yes it can do basic functions with basic chains of command , but sadly no you can't just download it and level up or create items at your own will. So I suggest waiting for a new release of this because this one just won't get you very far.

It's ok, I've worked it out. I can now buy any item at any NPC store!

Great software, but for some weird reason, it wont work on my computer. I run hlapex and then l2.exe. When the login screen appears and I fill in login and password - I got critical error.

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD PentiumPro-class processor @ 2436 MHz with 1023MB RAM
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 6800 XT (9131)

General protection fault!

History: NConsoleWnd::RequestAuthLogin <- NCVirtualWndMain::PassToFocusedWindow <- NCVirtualWndMain::PassToFocusedWindow <- NCVirtualWndMain::PassToFocusedWindow <- NCVirtualWndMain::PassToFocusedWindow <- NCVirtualWndMain::DispatchWndMsg <- NConsoleWnd::DispatchWndMsgX <- NConsoleWnd::DispatchWndMsg <- UWindowsViewport::ViewportWndProc <- WWindow::StaticProc <- MessagePump <- MainLoop

Any ideas or advices? Somebody knows what causes this problem?
Thank for answers.

general protection fault error ususaly apears when you modified a file of l2 and gameguard caught you so update your l2 files then try again

This only happens, when I run hlapex first, normally everything works ok. I play on private server, so I cannot do fullcheck control.

New version does the same thing. Its pity, because this software seems to be very useful.
