\par Is create in asking you to verify that the COM DLL (RetrieveGlobals.dll) is registered properly with Regsrv32.exe. Another thing to make sure and check is to verify that Great Plains client is running on the current machine. The RetrieveGlobals.dll makes it's own COM connection to the runtime to retrieve much of the information. So, if Great Plains was not running and logged in properly, it might cause problems.
