Well, since this is no longer DK2, str healers are pretty much obsolete. They are good tanks, don't get me wrong, but now in dk2 with s kills like genesis, healers 161 rare skill, being full int will raise your damage substantially. Healers do the most damage out of ANY class with just one attack. Genesis at lvl 191 can do up to 800 damage full int :P. But this is counteracted by a healers usually weak defense, but that is made up for with a large amont of attack, but melees will definitely be your weakness, unless you develop a good set like mine.
My healer can get up to 776 def, and 550~ proc, which is about as much as a gunner outside of turret :P... Sadly I don't have as much health :P... But I do pretty well :P... I did start going str build for a bit but I found it useless in pvp, and now im going back to full int :P.
