the best way to train pheonix is:
Guild War geat whit low lvl sword whit moon gems
Or
on Gold Guard

I just have a scepter and sword (120% moons) and hit my water>fire's silver guard, while my tro has nd. I go to a little corner where no one will bound to come by, and start lvling nix/celestial. Since water>fire's has adv cure, I heal my gaurd when it gets to about half hp.

work much better if you use night devil/water elf speed bug on the guard and use copartner to dc when swords get to dura 3-4 and use a macro on the other char to heal the guard, its not that hard ^^
