[RELEASE]Report player

Actually this is exactly the same as a forum report, just that you dont have to open net.
it shows:
Whos reported, When, For, And who reported.
And there is no way you can spam it.
It wont recreate a new file if somebody else report the same player thats already reported.

There have been quite a few valid suggestions made in this thread, and your utter dismisal of them as being incorrect is laughable indeed.

You don't even check to see if the reported user exists. Someone could easily enter in false and even correct names to spam report commands.

What if more than one user wants to report the person for different reasons? Then that user's report should be appended to the file.

I gave out a report system.
and it already check if the file exist, if you eaded the topic.

We are attempting to provide you with ideas on how to improve your code, especially if you are the one who is going to be using it, but if you cannot be bothered to read and fully comprehend what your peers and players are telling you, then I feel sorry for them.
