Extract this dll and put it inside the folder containing the exe. Its not finding the dll needed to make the mysql connection.

King_Arthur, you should set the reference to copy the mysql.data.dill locally so its included with the build.

NOTE: If v0.3 was already working for you, you do not need to upgrade to v0.3.1.

I will no longer be working on this project. As promised, the source code will now be released. This is not licensed in any way.

If you are interested in some good vb + mysql reading, take a look at an old but useful website vbmysql.com. Specifically this tutorial (first lesson): [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Update: License/credits

I originally stated that this was released without any limitations what-so-ever. This statement was incorrect. This program used the public version of mysql.data.dll, which is licensed under [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. In light of that information, all versions of this code are--by inheritance--licensed under the same GPL.

In other news
, this code is pretty crappy as I learned while making a subsequent, unrelated program. In light of this--and the inability for me to stay away from this site--I will be rewriting this code in C# in the not-so-distant future and it will be correctly licensed and formatted under the GPL. Why C# you ask? I am currently taking classes on C# and this would be good practice in using it. :awesome:

do you know if this beta works with the checksums ??
not every release got the checksums removed , if it just change numbers (like it probaly does) then it is useless for me , manual changing is always better then using a program to do it

but if it fix the checksums on it then it would be realy helpfull instead or automatic ep card reward system (is hard to reward a lot of ep if it give cards :s)

Greetings From PowerChaos

It absolutely doesn't deal with checksums at all. If you have a formula for the checksum calculations feel free to PM them to me and I will incorporate it into my program that you can test. Or, if you know C# I will be releasing the C# version before the end of the week (just need to finish up the GPL licensing) and you can add it to your own fork. :D
