If the MagicType isn't crypted, this tool will not help you.

Erm, decrypt it with the key provided on the top post, do what you need to do to it, and re-encrypt it with the same key... pretty simple =x

Decrypt = .dat -> .txt
Encrypt = .txt -> .dat

obviously it makes changes to the file but yeah.

No, its a completely different encryption now.

could someone please point me in the direction of a way to decrypt .dat files for version 6609?
