Figured, I don't like the patch myself. The only thing exciting about it is that the community will move on to a higher patch.

EDIT:
Thinking about releasing two versions of two different patches (4267 and 5252).
It's official now, two versions are being made.

We are waiting the source =]

To be honest, I don't think you should release them. I mean think about it. You spend alot time to do these projects and after all you gotta give them out like that? I know helping community makes you happy somehow but just think you're past and do something to worth it. Such as you could sell them.

I know you guys probably mad at me who waiting for this source to create a new private server with Copy/Paste. This is my opinion. You do agree with me or not. Either way I don't care.

My only motive is that I'm leaving conquer development after this project.

EDIT:
Does anyone now a sort of sharing stream? Which the downloaders can only download them and not modify it.

Well, I would say that's shame but actually it isn't.It's shame for us. =/ I don't know you so much but I have read you're most posts and you seems have got enough experience with C Sharp and Conquer. So you have to move on much bigger things.

oooohh awesome.

I'd love to take a look at a new patch server. I never really played conquer past pre potancy patches except a bit of pservers (qonquer was the only one I played other than my own projects).

Would be lots of fun to try to add some of the new features once this gets to the point where it's released.

First open-source revision will contain:
-Complete authentication server.
-Basic game server which consists of; AuthMessage (1052), Herocreation (1001), GeneralData ((10010)Only parts needed to move and login are impemented), HeroMovement(10005), Chat(1004), NpcRequest/Response (2031/2032) and handler, Complete mobspawner and handler, and basic database functions.
-Readme file which contains explanation on-how to use particular parts in my server and how packet defining works.

I hope this gave everybody enough information.

googlecode sounds like what your looking for. only project members (which have to be verified by the project founder (you) can make changes, public can access it though.
