yes..but obviously if they knew that..they wouldn't have downloaded it in the first place. And that doesn't remove the registry entry or file from your pc.

So how about you tell us which registry entry it is and which file so we manually can remove it?
Im sure it is possible, and I bet people that downloaded your little prank would feel 100% better doing it themselves than downloading an "fix" from the same guy.

do you have to run cmd before u type shutdown.exe -a? or does it work just running it?

shit, dats y my pc keeps restarting. maybe i download ur other prog before. can anyone tell me how to detect or find this virus so that i could delete it?
