it is possible but it takes some time and if know nothing about it it will take much time ^^
i did it with packets form a SPS at university and it was possible and i think siemens porducts/software have much better security than this dirty korean game dekaron :P

You don't need to use an OOP language to be able to create a packet editor. Or if you're saying you need to know an OOP language to be able to understand the code (i'm guessing you mean the dekaron.exe), well what code lol. Yeah what bottomy said, but once you decompile it, you can read the ASM and put it into a simpler language like Visual Basic or C++, correct? Its just massively time consuming and the only part I have done is the code for the packets being sent at login.

I understand you, but my opinion, better if you understand programmer logic.

There was never such thing as a +9 / foritify hack ... it was/is only visually as far as i know. So yeah your waisting your time on that...
