Look at your Discord. Whenever someone posts even a slightly negative opinion—even if it's completely true—your blind fanboys pounce on them like dogs, tearing them apart, dismissing facts, and personally attacking them to make them look insane. It's nothing short of a cartel. And by standing by and condoning this behavior, you and your admins are no better than them.

I’ve seen countless hack programs and developers over the years. I’ve seen devs who actively listen to customer feedback to improve their software, but I’ve seen far more hypocrites like you. How is your script always identical? Whenever a ban happens or negative feedback pops up, you dirty developers shift 100% of the blame onto the users.

Instead of wasting time developing new features like Unlock All, fix the existing bugs first. You’ve left bugs unfixed for months, yet you have the nerve to tell people to "listen to real users"? I was literally a paying customer using your cheat up until 3 days ago. I am a user. Why do you ignore feedback from users like me and only listen to the handful of suck-ups in your trash Discord? The posts here are far more objective and trustworthy, you idiot.
You’re clearly very frustrated, and that’s fine, but I think a lot of what you’re attributing to me personally simply isn’t accurate.

I’m not particularly active in the general Discord chat in the first place. Most of my interaction with customers happens through tickets, where people report issues, ask questions, and give feedback directly. So the idea that I’m sitting there encouraging people to attack anyone who criticizes us just isn’t reality.

If other customers choose to defend a product they use and like, that doesn’t automatically make them “fanboys,” and it certainly doesn’t make our Discord a “cartel.” I don’t control every opinion someone posts, positive or negative. People are allowed to disagree with you just as much as you’re allowed to dislike the product.

On the bugs point, saying we ignore them for months while only developing new features is also misleading. Anyone can look through our announcements and see how frequently we push fixes, stability improvements, performance changes, crash fixes, menu reworks, feature improvements, etc. That doesn’t mean every bug gets fixed instantly, and I’m not going to pretend the product is perfect (due to build issues that can occur on some rage features), but saying we simply ignore issues is objectively not true.

Same thing with bans. We do not automatically dismiss someone because they report a ban, nor do we just tell them “it’s your fault.” When someone reports one, we look into the circumstances, including account history and R6 Tracker where applicable, and compare it against what we’re seeing from the rest of the user base. A single ban report and a widespread detection/ban wave are two very different things. If we were seeing a genuine wave across the product, obviously that would be treated very differently.

And yes, you were a customer, so your feedback absolutely counts. That doesn’t mean every conclusion you draw from your experience automatically becomes fact, just like positive feedback from another customer doesn’t make everything perfect either.

There has always been a disproportionate amount of animosity around our products on this forum. Some criticism has been completely fair and has resulted in us improving things. Some of it has also been exaggerated, repeated without context, or turned into personal attacks like calling me a narcissist, hypocrite, idiot, etc.

I’m not interested in fighting with you over that. We’re going to keep fixing things, pushing updates, and building the product. Some people will love it, some people won’t, and realistically we’re never going to make everyone happy.

The customers who are happy with what we provide are ultimately why we continue doing what we’re doing. Criticism is welcome. I’d just rather discuss the actual product and actual issues than turn every disagreement into accusations about fanboys, cartels, or somebody’s personality.

**Ugh. What a hypocrite.**

I don’t even want to reply to you, but when you write things in such a calm, casual, “nothing is wrong here” kind of way, you make it sound as if everything you’re saying is completely reasonable and somehow convincing. 😂 Honestly, it’s pathetic.

I’m not angry right now, nor do I really care anymore. I already left your disgusting Discord channel. I’m only writing this because reading your posts where you pretend that everything is perfectly fine is honestly sickening.

So, let me ask you this: **Why do you think so many people dislike you and your cheats?**

Is it simply because there are too many bans? Absolutely not. You’re completely missing the point and deliberately shifting the argument.

Let me address your points one by one.

### 1. The way your Discord community is managed

I’ll admit that you personally don’t post very often in the public chat. Fine.

But you have several other admins and moderators in your Discord, don’t you?

You say that you allow users to freely communicate with each other, and according to your standards, there’s nothing wrong with that. But as I said before, I’ve seen it happen more than once: the moment someone posts a negative opinion about your cheat in a public channel, other users immediately attack that person.

If someone says something positive about the cheat, nobody says anything.

But when someone criticizes it, the moderators sit back and watch. Sometimes they even add a comment that indirectly makes it sound like the person criticizing the cheat is the one doing something wrong.

Then the whole thing turns into a little cartel where the person expressing a negative opinion is treated as if *they* are the problem.

I’ve seen this happen far too many times to believe it’s just a coincidence.

### 2. “We never ignore bugs”

You said you never ignore bugs.

That’s simply not true.

For example, the **Visible Check** feature has been broken for more than a month.

The **Chams** colors are also still bugged. After playing several rounds, the colors for visible and non-visible parts sometimes become reversed, or areas that should be one color suddenly appear as the opposite color.

This issue has been reported multiple times, and it has existed for **well over three months**.

The same goes for **Silent Aim**. Even when it is set to **Closest**, it continues to target the head. That bug has probably existed for more than three months as well.

There are several other issues too, but the point is simple:

Your supposedly “great” cheat has had known bugs for months. Users have repeatedly asked for them to be fixed, yet they’re still there.

And if there’s a reason why these bugs haven’t been fixed, I’ve never heard it.

Of course, I don’t expect a developer to explain every single decision to every user. That’s reasonable.

But you keep saying things like *“we don’t ignore these issues”* or *“that’s not true.”*

Then show it through your actions.

The bugs aren’t fixed.
There’s little or no feedback after people report them.
And if you’re too busy as a developer, you have moderators and admins under you. Why not communicate with them and make sure the issues are passed along?

Your words and your actual actions simply don’t match.

### 3. The ban issue and “rage” excuse

I’m not new to cheating. I’ve used countless cheats across many different games.

As a user, obviously I get annoyed when I get banned. But after using cheats for a long time, I also understand very well that **public cheats usually don’t last forever**.

Sometimes, if a public cheat lasts a little longer than expected, I think, *“Oh, maybe their security is actually pretty good.”*

But with your cheat, bans happen extremely quickly.

Sometimes within a day or two. Sometimes within **a few hours**.

And then I already know what you’re going to say:

> “That’s because you were playing rage.”

😂

Let me make something clear.

I have **three computers at home**, and I tested your cheat across all three.

I didn’t always play aggressively. Sometimes I played completely normally, just like an average player. Sometimes I played well, sometimes I played badly—even while using the cheat.

I’ve used cheats for so long that things like looking through walls with ESP are practically second nature to me. I don’t even bother doing stupid, obvious things like that.

When people talk about **rage**, I’m talking about the kind of gameplay where someone is obviously going full Rambo and wiping out everyone in sight.

Sure, some people enjoy playing like that.

But players who actually have experience with cheats generally know that playing like that is one of the fastest ways to get banned.

I’m not a programmer, so I can’t tell you exactly why your cheat gets detected and banned so quickly.

But **that isn’t even the main point I’m making.**

The real issue is how you respond to feedback.

People tell you:

* The cheat is getting banned extremely quickly.
* Certain features are broken.
* Certain things need improvement.
* Bugs have existed for months.

And what happens?

You either completely ignore the feedback, give some vague answer that doesn’t actually help, or respond depending on your mood that day.

And sometimes, when your fanboys start attacking the person who complained, you simply sit back and let it happen.

**That behavior is what I’m criticizing.**

### 4. Why do people here dislike your product?

You already admitted that users on this forum are hostile toward your product.

So ask yourself:

**Why?**

Have you ever actually stopped and thought about that?

I never expected that I would end up writing something like this either.

When I first started using your cheat, I was simply another user. I had no particular feelings toward you or your community.

But over time, your behavior kept piling up.

Eventually, I reached the conclusion:

**“This place is garbage.”**

And that’s when I became openly hostile toward it.

Of course, there are crazy users everywhere. Some people make ridiculous demands, ask for unreasonable refunds, or even lie.

But if you have any sense of fairness, you should be able to tell the difference between someone genuinely making a legitimate complaint and someone simply trying to scam you.

### 5. “Don’t attack our personalities. Talk about the actual product.”

You told people not to attack your personality or character and instead focus on the actual product and its problems.

**We did.**

I did.

Other legitimate users did.

We talked about the bugs.
We talked about the detection rate.
We talked about the problems with the cheat.
We reported issues.
We asked for improvements.

So what exactly are we supposed to be?

You sellers are all the same.

It’s almost funny how every cheat seller seems to use the exact same script. 😂

So tell me:

**What are you actually going to do about it?**

Are you finally going to properly moderate your Discord so that this kind of situation doesn’t keep happening?

Are you going to take the time to fix the bugs I mentioned and actually improve your product?

Are you going to offer some kind of discount as an apology to your users?

Are you going to offer refunds?

😂

Of course you’re not going to do any of those things.

There won’t be any meaningful change.

And yet you keep writing these long, self-righteous responses as if you’re being perfectly logical and reasonable, while trying to make it look like *I’m* the one who is simply angry or making false accusations.

It’s honestly pathetic.

Make your money. I understand that’s what you’re here for, and I know your pattern better than most.

**But at least manage your community properly. And admit when there’s a problem.**

Stop constantly saying, *“That’s not true,”* when the actual experience of your users clearly says otherwise.

Because at this point, it’s honestly becoming disgusting.
