I waited 3 days, reinstalled Windows, changed IP, spoofed, cleaned, and still received a 3-day temp ban. I followed the advanced guide, didn't sign into anything that could connect accounts, and didn't use the same USB.

I have found many other people who claim the same thing. It is disingenuous for you to claim the only problem with Reported is having to wait 48 hours. There are constantly users complaining about the spoofer not working and you just keep clearing the members chat to hide it. I have used Reported multiple times throughout the years, but it flat out doesn't work right now.
I'm not trying to dismiss your experience. I'm simply sharing the results we've been able to reproduce consistently.

Across 10+ test systems and over 100 verified reproductions, waiting 48 hours after a permanent ban before attempting to play again has significantly reduced the occurrence of the 3-day issue. That doesn't mean it's a guaranteed fix, which is exactly why our status page is marked yellow instead of green. If this were fully solved, it wouldn't be listed as a known issue. This is a broader problem affecting all spoofers right now due to a new identifier, not something exclusive to a single provider.

The claim that we're clearing our members chat to hide complaints is simply false. We actively discuss this issue every single day, and anyone who regularly follows our chat would know that. The chat has been automatically cleared every 12 hours for several years and has nothing to do with this issue.

I'm only sharing information based on repeatable testing and being transparent about the current limitations while we work on a permanent solution.

+Vouch for this, it fixed it for me, also don't need to waiy exzctly 48 hours, as soon as it hits 12:00am your time (2 days passed), you can go in my experience.not hwid-banned tho, likely the only Developer at the moment being transparent and actually helping the community, it's strange that there's literally only 1 Developer being transparent about it, I wonder what happened to this community.
