Weirdest discord conversations ever seen in their open discord channel, kinda weird to have customer chat open for everyone to read aswell after it have been closed?

Does anyone have any updates on this software? If anyone has purchase it...

Don't purchase it, it has a bad rep. You'll either waste your money or have it "frozen" for a long time, going from others' experience.

The issue I have with this "others experience" is that there is never any proof whatsoever, no one has screenshots. The only screenshots / videos ive seen so far are from people actually using the software in game.
When I try to ask for proof from the people who had bad experiences they just stop responding?

That's interesting. If you have a suspicion of those people being fake, you can report them using the 'report' feature on the forum.

Well I am not saying they are fake, but their reviews do sound biased. If you look previously another guy attached an image when he had a refund made, why isnt it possible for everyone who says "its a scam" to attach a screenshot of the scam that occured?

Those people could be lazy, or something suspicious might be going on. One of those two probably!

There is probably a reason why they do their marketing on their own platforms at tiktok, youtube and discord where they can remove negative comments and not on public forums where they are not able to remove comments. :p

Is there any safe ESP or radar available on Faceit?

Reach out to us here and we can help guide you directly. Its difficult to discuss openly as these solutions are quite hard to come by. Generally speaking, if theres a youtube video promoting its use - it wont be around for all that long. These types of solutions are almost always word of mouth. If theres a menu, or an ESP that can be recorded from that machine, its highly unlikely to be safe.
