Very true, it is the same process for manual, but my theory is there's a lot of "click install on Curseforge and it works" people looking for these guides, there seems to be a bit of confusion.

Hopefully the summary is enough to combat that somewhat, might save a few threads asking the same question.

I downloaded the custom addon but I'm not sure where to put it in my addons folder nothing seems to be working, I as a noob am missing something.

Take the RXPGuides folder from the .rar and paste it into here (wherever you've installed TBC Anniversary on your machine):

DISK:\Battle.net\World of Warcraft\_anniversary_\Interface\AddOns

Replace the RXPGuides folder that's already there and you should be set. Obviously do all this with the game closed for the easiest time.
