Residential vpns are always needed, CF Tools shows users with vpns and also outright allow you to outright block people using vpns

DayZ is not able to get any HWID's from your system, through their scripting system.

Dayz community servers can be evaded, you just need to spoof properly and leave no traces.

Also you can do all this and still be banned again, fresh accounts are usually watched mostly buy admins......

so since IP is the most important thing i want to know what if changing my whole internet? like now i using mobile SIM internet and shared with my laptop with hotspot so what if i use a new sim card or buy a new internet system like starling or a router is this will fully fix my IP problems?

You can try, its mostly trial and error for this stuff
