Yeah I mentioned it before, this was a few months ago as you remember. I don't know if they fixed that issue but I've never been perm banned before in 2 matches so it was quite a surprise.

i got banned in a single matcha with dexaim. checked if it was js me so i used something else and i was comepletely fine while playing the exact same
