The aiming device is almost completely useless in tarkov, it doesn't matter safety wise and I think lone's and other eft dma cheats don't even support it. Instead of getting a fuser you could also just use chams, they even have vischeck.
In terms of firmware just get what's cheapest, doesn't matter for tarkov basically at all. If you're really cheap you could use ekknod's free firmware, I've heard not even that will get you banned.

Both don't exist anymore, just go with what's cheapest. Which card you get basically doesn't matter at all. It's similar for firmware, you don't need anything fancy but be wary about using open source FWQuote:
