If I’m understanding this correctly, you paid 230€ for a lifetime subscription and only got to use it for 5 months? If that’s the case, I totally get why you’re frustrated - that’s a rough situation. That said, purchasing a lifetime license for a cheat always comes with a level of risk, simply because of the nature of what you’re buying. You’re dealing with software designed to exploit a game, which is inherently against the game’s terms of service and often considered illegal or unauthorized - meaning you never know when a cease and desist could hit the developers and shut everything down overnight.
“Lifetime” in this context doesn’t guarantee any specific duration, it just means the cheat will be available for as long as the developers continue to support it. That could be a day, a week, a month, or several years. Aside from getting your account banned, buying a lifetime cheat is easily the biggest gamble you can take with any provider.

Another time I helped a member to buy his dma card from taobao I got insulted by the reseller of cyber-ammo without any reason and the laughable thing is he said to me the non-reseller «*you’re a scammer*» lmao and THE MODERATORS WERE OKAY WITH HIM, you’d say why ? Well they are «*partners*».

You really shouldn’t be too upset about this, DMA sellers go rabid when anyone interferes with their hustle (trust me, I know - I regularly step in to stop buyers from getting exploited by them). It’s easy money, and they’ll do whatever it takes to protect it.

The joke is that zebbler said : «*don’t go LT with Blurred because they have low security and they can be hit with c&d*and wait for HV dma» like it was not his case and rebranded in HV cutting all his LT licenses.

I don’t recommend lifetime deals for either side. It’s a lose-lose situation. Developers end up leaving a lot of potential revenue on the table, while customers are gambling a sizable amount of money without any guarantee the provider will even be around the next month.

When I tried to explain to you how I don’t like your impossible refund policy in the ticket, somehow every time I answer the ticket on your website I have an error.

PhantomOverlay hands down had the best refund policy of any provider for years. Zebleer personally refunded thousands of dollars with a no-questions-asked approach - something almost unheard of in this scene. That said, you should never expect a refund from a cheat provider.
As much as I think offering refunds is the respectable thing to do, let’s be real... you’re not buying an iPhone from Apple. You’re purchasing an unauthorized third-party tool designed to give you an unfair advantage in a game. It’s more like buying weed off a guy on the corner. If you have a bad trip, he’s not giving your money back, and no one expects him to.
The general understanding when buying cheats is that you’re accepting the risks - you could get banned, run into technical issues, or even get removed from the community just because someone doesn’t like what you said.
At the end of the day, a provider’s only real responsibility is delivering a product that somewhat works to not be considered a scammer, and their entire business model is based on how well that product performs. That's it.
