Layout for Conquer P-Servers

is this a photoshop picture like zbests website.. << big ass image.

or is this a carefully cutout css layout ? << faster... actually works

thats actually a screenshot atm im working with dreamweaver for the tables, frames, links, flashes ect.

aint css,just simple photoshop image.download font,download some layer,and brushes,conquer pictures,web 2.0 simple.

to have a good website you need to split your images.. if that was just an image ( LIK ZBEST DOES ) then it sucks.. but he posted right above u ( SO U HAD TIME ) that he didi t in dreamweaver with images..
