Why would someone need a client to test server-side functionality when the server and client are separate entities? Even if he does have a full working server side (which is untrue because fate arrows are broken files), on what basis he will keep up his promise to provide you with the server files in return, especially after he get hold of the client files he lacks to run a server.

Importantly, he mentioned privately that he has no plan to sell or run a server and will be releasing all of the server files he have of all the remaining EU versions of BOI and WOI for free after testing.

This still do not make sense to keep begging for the client especially when he could simply release the server files as he planned and a server will bound to be launch and naturally client will be available.

If you can show version 4, you can show raised version 5. If you can't raise and show version 5, who will bother to share anything with your rudeness. The update was released in China in 2013, and in the European version in 2014. If you don't understand something in the game client files, you're unlikely to find anything.
