Nobody responded to Discord and otherwise I tried to get it to work. Apparently it was a server-based error. I know programming quite well and found that I was annoyed after hours of trying it out. Then I just wanted my money back and to date there has been no reasonable response to my refund request. Unfortunately not recommended. It's not a problem if it doesn't work. But not even supporting someone for €15 is anything but professional.

After saying that I will give my review on elitepvp, i got an answer at the same day.
Then as a developer saying that he wasn't on the PC for a few days to answer is also a poor excuse. But they refunded the money. That's how honest I am.

I think it's rather unfair and untruthful to say you had no support, when in your ticket you were asked to describe or explain your problem multiple times, and instead of doing this you just threatened to chargeback instead of actually speaking to the support team.
Looking at the support ticket, I notice that you had [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. The only time that the replies slowed down, is after you directly threatened to chargeback, and the ticket was escalated to me to deal with (which [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] about)
This time I've refunded you out of goodwill, however I would recommend that you read the refund policies of cheats, as in the future you may not get so lucky.
