PSA: How to fix fast bans when using cheats.

I just clicked on the email and found that my account has been banned due to various ongoing misconduct. Using a spoofer didn’t help at all.

I just received a message in my email stating that my account has been banned for various and continued actions deemed inappropriate for Overwatch. These actions violate our Code of Conduct and create an unacceptable detriment to our players. Your spoofer has not been effective. I don't know how to avoid getting banned; every account gets banned two days later.

The spoofer runtime module is just half of it, you have to follow all the instructions not just running the spoofer. For latest spoofer updates use [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

We have gathered enough feedback to say that [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] fixes 99% of hwid bans.

Overwatch also tracks the software you have installed on your system and in rare cases it's used as criteria for hwid which is something we do not handle at the moment and in that case a reinstall is still required.
