You're saying there is actually no anti-cheat running in PVE for the maps that are hosted locally? Are you sure? Is there no risk at all if streets are avoided?
What I am worried about is when the anticheat does kick-in. Is it in server-connected raids only or lobby/stash/hideout as well?

On localized PVE servers, you can use any features without risking a ban. You just need to avoid using them in Streets, co-op, or Scav mode。
