Usually when COD cheats are that high priced it's because they're from a reseller. (I'm not saying he is one -- I don't know him or his brand.) This is because they buy the cheat from the developer and then have to resell it at a higher price in order to make a profit. Resellers are usually unable to match the original brand's price for this reason.

EDIT: I looked. He's a reseller. Nothing bad about that exactly, it's just why his prices are higher.

Systemcheats premium package has all cods in it

EO has a poor reputation previously for detections. It was a rage cheat but from reading up on here I don't think that's the case anymore aftter their new dev came in. I'm testing it out on a side account I have. So far no ban. I'll let you guys know how long this account lasts.

EO had 1 detection on MW2, the exact same as Interwebz and PO had.
And no detection yet on MW3

As I said above, unfortunately you won't find a provider like us (INTERWEBZ), there are none on the market today similar to it, you'll have to get used to it, yes it's sad but it's what you have to do.

Regarding recommendations for cheat providers, I don't really have any experience with cheat providers other than INTERWEBZ, so I won't be able to tell you 100% what a cheat is like in terms of optimization, community, etc.

Personally, I recommend opting for DMA, not external or internal cheat, because the cheat providers (external/internal) will get DT eventually, sooner or later, that's how game hacking works. So if you care 100% about your COD account, go to DMA.

*My personal advice about PO (phantomoverlay.io):
Too much recently unnecessary attention (doing interviews for marketing purposes, at least what I noticed is that it's registered on an offshore island, so whoever runs it isn't that innocent. But I don't doubt they'll end up getting a C&D too, I hope not, because this is sad for any cheat provider, I hope they all have a good OPSEC, because if one of them screws up, it's all over, so keep that in mind)
