hello, im from china, I dont have dc or tg, How do I pay for it

-rep first i got the product all fine, then i started having trouble using it because apparently you can't have debuggers installed on your pc, which they didn't warn me about before buying, after bringing a refund option they said they wouldn't give a refund to me and told me i have to uninstall debuggers to be able to use their software, after explaining that sadly i can't uninstall the apps i use on my daily basis in order to use their software they didn't show any empathy and now i'm stuck with a lifetime product i can't use

I have disabled anti virus & various security settings as required.

Loader and key are working, but game CDT when I'm loading into a raid after loading map phase.
