First of all hello, I am Turkish. I saw aptitude.pub when I was buying the Apex product. And when I asked for information about the product on their discord, the officials were immediately interested and said that our product has no problems and no one has ever been banned from this product. Normally I was going to buy it for life but I wanted to try it first so I bought it for a month and I got 2 matches. It was terrible and sometimes it could aim at inanimate objects. And it could only hit opponents that were immobile or in line with you. When I mentioned it in the discord chat they told me I had to aim it myself :D? They said it was an aiming assistant. I said aimbot is aimbot, aim assist is aim assist, don't sell something with aim assist as aimbot. And when I wrote a bad comment I saw that my message was deleted. When I wrote to the chat to ask who deleted it, my message was deleted again and I saw that an official named hans wrote a few commands and then I was banned from the chat. When I wrote to him privately, he said that if there is a problem on your side, it is not the problem of this product. Later, when I sent a message to support and solve my problem, I saw that he blocked me and my message did not go. Now I can neither write to the authorities, nor write to the chat, nor open a ticket. I asked for a refund, they did not refund, they did not even answer the message. I found out that this problem was experienced by a few other people and they told me that I should start a thread here. I will leave a few videos of the product they sell as Aimbot here.

You were muted for spreading false information via our vouch channel; your spam messages in vouch were swiftly deleted by our support team. You were warned without a mute, yet you kept doing the same thing even after being told not to, so our only choice of retelation was a chat mute. After you were muted you came into my DM's without even trying to make a ticket and wouldn't stop spamming my DM's even after I already explained the situation, yet you still continued, so I had no other choice but to block you. If you want help, you can create a support ticket; my DM's are not support tickets. Our discord chat was spammed by reaction emojis by you; every single customer had a spam reaction by you. We noticed that our customers started wondering what was happening, which forced us to ban you since you were clearly not going to stop disturbing our support team and customers.
And I quote,
"I asked for a refund, and they banned me from Discord, and now I can neither access the product I paid for, nor get support, nor get a refund." You were banned from the Discord server because of the paragraph I wrote above, not because you asked for a refund. You were banned from our Discord server, not from our website or using our products, which is another blatant lie that brings me to understand that you don't have any truth in what you say.
The videos you provided show clear proof of enemy detection and tracking. In the 3rd clip, you were using the R-301 without any scope, which resulted in the enemy being covered half way, yet the AI still actively tracked and detected the target. It also seems you are using low aim speed, which could result in "aim assist" instead of "aimbot," as you claimed. Our TOS agreement states that you are eligible for a full refund if one (1) or more of the following conditions are met:
The software is not working correctly for you, and it has been less than 24 hours since your purchase.
Your subscription was automatically renewed, and it has been less than 24 hours since the payment went through.
You do not meet any of these requirements; you proved yourself wrong by sending those videos, which showed clear aimbot detection and tracking and our software working correctly.
We have thousands of user logins a day, and people are going to have issues regardless of how good the software is. That's why we have a help chat and troubleshooting channel.
In conclusion, you bought an A.I. expecting it to be as good as a standard aimbot; on our website and YouTube videos, it is clearly stated that it is an A.I. aimbot. So instead of coming to an understanding with us, you took your anger out on us instead.
