You CANNOT handle EAC without spoofing disk. Anyone claiming anything else is straight up lying or uneducated and shouldn't be doing spoofers at all. EAC queries disk in 6 different ways and ban solely on disk alone. It's their prime identifier.Quote:
not impossible at all, many perm spofers do it and work great
I used to be staff at edgey and we successfully spofed people all the time without raid0 for rust. Perm spofers these days are spofing almost every identifier besides disk.Quote:

Staff or not, you can be jesus himself and this will not happen. You are given a grace period that varies from 1-5 bans. A spoofer within this time period is not needed. There is a few reasons that may make you THINK it worked though.Quote:

No the hwid packet contains 26 entries and you cant even perm half of them.Quote:

I thought of that too.. however that wouldn't be the case since they are spoofing 10+ people a day for MULTIPLE eac games. It is the same across other perm spof servers also. I highly doubt every single one of those people were never hwid banned in the first place.Quote:

You might believe that spoofing has worked due to several reasons:
1. Change in Client's Disk: The client's disk might have changed since the ban was imposed.
2. Disk Number Alteration: If the client's Disk 0 becomes Disk 1, perhaps due to inserting a SATA or HDD (which can automatically becomes Disk 0), it could affect detection, because EAC only targets Disk 0.
3. Grace Period: The client might be within a grace period (ranging from 1 to 5 bans) where an HWID ban isn't fully enforced yet.
In conclusion, while you might think you've successfully spoofed an HWID ban in Rust, it's crucial to consider these factors. True spoofing, especially in a game using EAC's HWID mechanism, requires handling the disk identifier. If it seems like spoofing worked without this, it's likely a misunderstanding or another factor making it appear successful.
The information i tried to share with you is valid. You should read through it, but as i said whether you accept it or not is entirely up to you. No hard feelings friend, but this is not a discussion, sorry :bandit:Quote:

Never heard of a perm spoofer that either doesn't spoof the disks or force users to use raid0 or buy new disks. It is common knowledge that disks are one of the most important things to spoofer when dealing with EAC.Quote:

lol what?? All the major perm spofers (edgey, void, verse) ALL don’t need raid0. You shouldn’t be talking here when you don’t know it’s impossible to perm spof disk without drivers.Quote:

Look though UC, there are plenty of posts with information on topic, providing detailed proof on the topic, :pimp:
If you actually read what i wrote you would see that i did write all perm spoofer require raid0.Quote:

You are correct about the raid0 part. It still doesn’t change the FACT that I am right. What is not correct is that all perm spoofers require raid0. I already listed out the major perm spoofers for you and NONE of them require it. When I said it’s impossible to perm spof disk without drivers i was referring to when you said “never heard of a perm spoof that doesn’t spoof disk” I wasn’t talk about raid0.Quote:

Also it is possible to to use raid0, instead of drivers since when you make driver run raid0, it creates a new identifiers, it’s the most reliable and secure way to change disk identifiers, and the most trusted perm spoofers do that, since it’s more secure and reliable. :pimp:
Again read what i wrote.Quote:

your still the one assuming you need to spoof disks when it is not needed at all. but yeah arguing about this is pretty pointless I agreeQuote:

I never said that all perm spoofer require raid0.
I never said that spoofing disks doesn’t require drivers if you aren’t doing raid0.
I got no idea why you would assume these things, when i didn’t write any of the things you are saying.
Im not gonna argue this anymore since it’s a waste of time, when you are assuming things. :pimp:
You either don't understand what he wrote or you're skipping it entirely. If you want him to elaborate, you should ask him to do so instead of arguing when you're missing the point.Quote:
