Ricochet is tricky. I once were not able to play for 2 months straight with different spoofers, different cheats, VPN etc. Afterwards I changed IP from isp and perm spoofed the PC. Never had any issues afterwards.
I got banned with AA a million times with their spoofer, with other spoofers as well. It was not caused by any of the cheats nor the spoofers, but something else. All the people I knew that were using same providers didn't have any issues and no reports were made on forums as well.
So when that is said, I'm pretty sure it has something to do on your end and you might as well just look into a perm spoofer and change IP.
